Fight Or Flight Athletics is a multi-faceted company created by Joseph A. Gross and Evan R. Poll focusing on aspects of the Mixed Martial Arts industry. Originally based out of Lexington, KY, Fight or Flight Athletics is a brand that produces apparel and marketing for both style and purpose. It is based around one’s will to fight; for a living, for others and/or for their beliefs. The main focus of F.O.F. Athletics is to provide goods and services for fighters, athletes and fans, but aims to appeal to anyone with a will to fight.
The purpose of F.O.F. Athletics extends beyond mere apparel and products. The belief of the company and its owners is a fundamental Christian belief that God created His people to stand and fight. It is in this way that men and women are meant to honor their God, while respecting themselves and others. This is based on Psalm 144:1 which states; Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. F.O.F. Athletics believes that God has equipped everyone to fight in their everyday lives and hopes their products and services convey that same belief. The ultimate goal at F.O.F. Athletics, in everything the company does and in everything it hopes for its supporters, is the glorification of God through victory.
